What type of results can I expect?
The key performance indicators we look at are followers, engagement, and website traffic and conversions. All of these metrics influence sales in the long term. You will see these metrics increasing monthly, and we will track our progress to see how this is working for you.
Who will be working on my account?
You will be assigned a dedicated social media manager. This person is trained in social media marketing and is likely to have experience working with clients similar to your industry. This person will be your main point of contact. All of our social media copy and graphics go through an internal review process to ensure that you receive quality work every time.
Do I have to provide content?
Not at all. You don't have to supply anything. That said, client-provided photos or brand assets are always welcome. Otherwise, your manager will create content using custom visuals, stock imagery and relevant industry sources.
Is there a minimum contract?
We require a minimum 6-month commitment for social media plans so we can deliver stronger results over time. Most clients see their best growth between 6–9 months.
What platforms do you support?
We manage Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and any combination that aligns with your audience and goals.
What if I want to advertise?
Boosted posts are included on the Business and Growth plans (2–4 per month). We also offer full ad management as an add-on, complete with budget oversight and campaign targeting.
